In LIFT, We respect the privacy of each and every LIFTERS. Every
information about the member is confidential. A secure and efficient customer
experience along our website makes your stay with us for a longer stop. We collect
your additional information only if you transact with us. We retain this information
as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems
as permitted by law.
LIFT platform is accessible to all which means everyone cannot
be benefited by the same diet or workout. Each one’s body is different; so as the
workout and meal plan. The workout and meal plan customized to any lift member
should not be shared /used by any other because of the above grounds. LIFT will not
be responsible for any such health issues occurred to non-lifters. LIFT strictly
prohibits the marketing or manipulation of any LIFT content.
Currently LIFT doesn’t provide any money back / refunding. We
appreciate our members and our time very much that we devote our best to serve you
on pre scheduled time. Please read the terms and conditions before purchasing our
products/programs. You should realize by purchasing our program, you agree to bound
by our terms and conditions which includes the terms of use of our program for
personal use only and not to be marketed. Please understand that if you refuse to
accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to purchase our programs
provided by LIFT. But in any case if we failed to deliver your product on time, then
you may claim for a refund.
LIFT programs are customized. Therefore a member’s custom
program will be established only after his/her purchase of the plan. Any
cancellation after the purchase of the program is unacceptable because of the above
reason.
